Work setting is within private homes.As an IHAL employee, you will make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families through compassionate, client focused care.How you will spend your days:Basic Meal PreparationAssistance with personal care, hygiene, and grooming (ADL's)Light Housekeeping (IADL's vacuuming, laundry, dishes etc.)Medication RemindersAssisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfersProviding companionship and emotional supportResponding to emergency situationsComplete daily shift reports to communicate with Case ManagersTentative Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays,
