- Ensure accurate logging of information amidst high volumes
- Adapt to changing priorities in emergency situations Requirements:
- Current Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) certificate
- Basic and advanced life support certifications
- Medical terminology coursework completion
- Excellent Windows computing skills
