About the Role

Our client is seeking a professional Client Relations Specialist to join their team, operating on a hybrid model from Kimberley . You will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with our services. This role is pivotal in maintaining client loyalty and identifying opportunities for growth. By blending remote work flexibility with essential in-office collaboration in the Northern Cape, you will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring clients receive unparalleled support and value.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust, positive relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding service updates, new features, and relevant information.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews, both remotely and in person.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

- Previous experience in client relations , account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and client management tools.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and commute to the Kimberley office as needed.
- Strong understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
