and repair electrical systems efficiently and safelyInstall and maintain electrical systems including:Fire alarm systemsElectrical distribution systemsHVAC and lighting control systemsRespond to emergency service calls and after‐hours callouts as requiredPerform site visits and assess client needsPrepare small estimates and quotesManage and complete work orders accurately and on timeMaintain strong communication with clients and internal teamsActively pursue and develop new service opportunities and client relationshipsLead small projects and oversee small crews when requiredMentor and train apprenticesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and electrical code requirementsABOUT YOUQualificationsCertified Journeyperson Electrician (Red Seal preferred)Minimum 4 years' experience as a JourneypersonMinimum 2 years' experience in a Service Electrician roleClass 5 Driver's License with clean driving record (driver's abstract required)FSR certification is an assetCurrent IBEW Local 213 member, or willingness to joinStrong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical CodeProven troubleshooting and problem‐solving abilityStrong organizational and time management skillsAble to navigate Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, and learn additional software as required while effectively managing filesExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)Professional, client‐focused attitude, and able to be the face of the company and maintain a professional appearance and manner at all timesSelf‐motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexible to work outside standard hours as required,
