You ensure a seamless, organized, and welcoming environment while helpingmaintainthe elevated standards of our spa experience.This is a dynamic, guest-facing role that blends hospitality, coordination, and hands-on support.Whatyou'lldoWelcome and check in spa and sauna guestsManage bookings, phone/email inquiries, and appointment changesProcess payments and guest documentation accuratelySupport sauna and cold plunge experiences; educate guests on safe useMonitor guest flow, wellbeing, and overall experienceMaintain cleanliness and presentation of spa, treatment rooms, and thermal areasReset treatment rooms; manage linens, laundry,and suppliesRecommend services, retail products, and membershipsCommunicate with spa team to ensure smooth daily operationsWhatyou'llbringA fun,
