You will independently lead design for specific product areas or features, driving initiatives from concept to production while supporting the company's long‐term product vision.You will own end‐to‐end user experiences, making well‐reasoned design decisions and producing wireframes, prototypes, and high‐fidelity visual designs. The role includes conducting user research such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysis of product data to inform design outcomes.You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers on product strategy, present design solutions to senior stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of the design system while building expertise in enterprise resource planning UX.Must‐Have Qualifications2+ years of full‐time qualified UX design experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS productsProven experience designing responsive products across desktop,



tablet, and mobileStrong portfolio demonstrating end‐to‐end design ownership, from problem framing to shipped solutionsExperience making design decisions independently, grounded in user needs, data, and product contextComfortable collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in a remote‐first environmentProficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent high‐fidelity prototyping toolsSolid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patternsClear communicator with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholdersCanada‐based (with no need for additional work sponsorship)Fluency in EnglishNice‐to‐Have QualificationsExperience conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, or surveysHands‐on experience designing data‐dense B2B dashboards or workflow‐heavy toolsDemonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical interfacesFamiliarity with dark mode design and advanced responsive patternsKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)Exposure to compliance‐driven UI constraints such as SOC2 or GDPRExperience with A/B testing or product experimentationExperience designing for RTL languages or multi‐lingual productsFluency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch, or ArabicMontreal‐basedSeniority LevelMid‐Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‐timeJob FunctionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustrySoftware Development
