Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Farm Operator to manage the day-to-day tasks on their agricultural property near Kimberley. This role involves operating and maintaining farm machinery, assisting with crop cultivation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of farm operations. You will work under the guidance of the farm manager, ensuring that all assigned duties are completed accurately and safely. This is a practical, hands-on position for an individual passionate about agriculture and dedicated to hard work. Key Responsibilities

Operate tractors, harvesters, planters, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on farm equipment and vehicles. Assist with planting, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting crops. Monitor crop health and identify any issues requiring attention. Help with general farm upkeep, including fencing and land maintenance.



Follow instructions from farm management and work cooperatively with team members. Requirements

Previous experience as a Farm Operator or in a similar agricultural role. Proficiency in operating various types of farm machinery. Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Understanding of crop cultivation practices. Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
