As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. We also have a busy banquet and catering department. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesGreet and seat guests in a timely and friendly mannerPresent menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu itemsTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyRelay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinksMonitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concernsPrepare bills and process payments using the POS systemMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areasAdhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelinesAssist with Banquet and Catering setups and takedownswork with the Banquet & Catering team during service both on and off siteQualificationsPrevious experience working in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but is not necessaryBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to handle food safely and follow proper food handling proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a quick-paced environmentAbility to work well within a teamMust be able to stand for long periods of time
