We are hiring a hands‐on QA / Operations Coordinator to support day‐to‐day quality assurance activities while working closely with production.This is a long‐term role. The client is specifically looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and is not treating this as a short‐term or transitional position.This is not a desk‐only job. Time is intentionally split between scheduled on‐floor QA checks and off‐floor QA/documentation work to ensure food safety programs are followed in practice – not just on paper.What You'll DoQuality AssurancePerform scheduled on‐floor QA checks (GMPs, sanitation, allergen controls)Complete daily line checks and verify HACCP and prerequisite program complianceReview batch records, production logs, and QA documentationSupport HACCP certification preparation, corrective actions, and verificationsMaintain organized, audit‐ready QA recordsAssist with traceability exercises, mock recalls, and internal auditsOperations SupportMonitor wastage, yields, and production lossesVerify accurate batching, labeling,
and documentationWork with production teams to improve process disciplineAct as the QA point‐of‐contact during assigned production windowsA Typical DayReview the production schedule and plan QA coverageConduct scheduled on‐floor QA checks during productionVerify GMPs, sanitation, allergen controls, and process steps in real timeReview batch records and wastage logs and follow up on gapsComplete off‐floor QA work (documentation, corrective actions, HACCP tasks)End the day with all records complete and audit‐readyThis is a floor‐based, hands‐on role.
