OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented to join our team as a Maintenance and Construction Specialist. This role involves performing a variety of technical tasks related to building, repairing, and maintaining facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands‐on experience with tools and systems such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical expertise, problem‐solving skills, and physical endurance. Candidates should be prepared for heavy lifting and working with power tools in a fast‐paced environment dedicated to safety and quality.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and structural componentsRead blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction or repair tasksUse hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to assemble or repair equipment and structuresConduct inspections to identify issues requiring maintenance or replacementAssist with construction projects including framing, carpentry,



and assembly of mechanical systemsTroubleshoot mechanical problems using schematics and technical manualsPerform heavy lifting of materials or equipment as needed for project completionMaintain detailed records of work performed and parts usedFollow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during operationsQualificationsProven experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or general maintenanceStrong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and basic math skills for measurements and calculationsAbility to read technical drawings including schematics for electrical or mechanical systemsPhysical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and work in physically demanding environmentsExperience with construction projects or assembly work is preferredKnowledge of safety procedures related to heavy machinery, welding, electrical work, and working at heightsExcellent problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‐paced settingThis role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our facilities and ensuring operational efficiency across our projects.
