JOB SUMMARY The Sales Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and systems support to the sales organization. The role serves as a central resource for sales representatives, sales directors, clients,



and cross-functional stakeholders by coordinating day-to-day sales operations, managing Salesforce data and processes, supporting recurring sales reporting, and onboarding and training new hires. Work assignments require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service and operational effectiveness. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to inbound calls and emails from the sales team, clients, prospects, and other departments, addressing training, urgent inquiries, and general support needs.
