OMERS is seeking a Building Operator to join the Operations team at Upper Canada Mall. You will monitor and adjust building equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, and address tenant requests with a customer-service mindset.The role requires 3-5 years of technical building operations experience, BES Class I certification, and proficient knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, BAS, and Life Safety in a Class A complex. Solid communication and contractor coordination are essential.
