Elias Custom Metal Fabrication Ltd. is an industry leader in metal fabrication specializing in the production of fully assembled high-end retail fixtures and displays, electrical enclosures and custom structural, architectural and commercial industrial projects.Visit our website: http://www.Eliasmetal.ComWe are seeking an experienced Laser Machine Operator available to work Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate flatbed laser machines and monitor displays and progressOperate tube laser machine and monitor displays and progressOperate punch and laser combination machine and monitor displays and progressFollow standard procedure work instructionsComplete all aspects of set up and set up maintenance on the equipment being operated including loading, installation and alignment of materialsPerform parts nesting, load and set up programs from shop drawings with minimal supervisionRead and interpret blueprints and drawings and create forming sequenceFollow written instructions, sketches, schedules, drawings and documentsPerform all work in accordance with quality standards and safety proceduresInspect own work and use inspection toolsOperate forklift to load,



unload and handle materials requiredPerform other related duties as requiredQualifications:Must have at least 3 years' experience with laser machine operationExperience working with punch machine considered an assetExperience working with different Trumpf machine models an assetMust have experience and knowledge working with sheet metal.
