What you'll doClient Relationship managementBuild and maintain excellent relations with client contactsEnsure the team provides top-quality services to clientsProvide relevant information to clients on administrative issues and legislative requirementsCoordinate DB Admin related services including web tools and call centre servicesUnderstand the client's perspective and priorities, and collaborate to resolve administrative issuesParticipate in governance initiatives including service review meetings and reportingFacilitate communication between clients and our teamIdentify and develop new business opportunities with existing clientsManage Service Agreements by ensuring regular reviews and timely preparation of fee adjustments and renewalsSubject Matter ExpertiseReview work including benefit calculations, annual statements, and other relevant reports in accordance with pension plan rules and applicable legislationOversee implementation of process improvement initiatives, present solutions to internal stakeholders and analyze success metricsLead internal initiatives that enhance our service deliveryProject managementPlan and manage deliverables across multiple client teamsEnsure appropriate resources are assigned to client responsibilitiesLead special projects as requiredCollaborate with resources in other departmentsTalent management and CoachingFunction as a team leader, overseeing work of other team membersConduct annual performance reviews and provide constructive feedback on a regular basisAct as a mentor,



supporting the growth and development of other team membersCollaborate on employee engagement initiativesAssist with recruiting effortsConduct training sessionsWhat We're Looking ForEssential QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in DB Pension Administration – We value candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent demonstrated expertise gained through professional certifications, specialized training, or progressive career development in pension administrationPost-secondary education in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other relevant field, OR relevant professional certifications (such as CEBS, PPAC, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of provincial pension and tax legislation relevant to your regionExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbalCustomer-focused mindset with skilled acumen and ability to build relationshipsProficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with pension administration softwareStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented approach to work, with strong quality assurance practicesValued AssetsCEBS or PPAC designation (we support professional development for candidates pursuing these credentials)Bilingualism (English and French) – particularly valuable for serving Quebec-based clients; we support language training for interested employeesExperience with process improvement or change management initiativesBackground in mentoring or developing team membersSalary Range:



$70,000 - $120,000 CAD AnnualActual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
