The Fort McMurray Catholic School District requires a Child Care Services worker to provide support at Good Shepherd Catholic School.QualificationsAlberta Child Care Certification – Level 2 is minimum, Preference will be given to those with Level 3Valid First aid with CPR requiredNVCI, and Food Safe certification will be considered assetsThe successful candidates must provide a valid criminal reference check and vulnerable sector check and proof of Alberta Child Care CertificationHave proficient computer knowledge and abilityAble to pick up supplies and manage inventory – access to a vehicle requiredBe willing and able to work split shiftsRequirementsResponsible for ensuring observations,



planning and documentation of learning and play using a variety of techniquesResponsible for ensuring the activities are developmentally appropriate and encourage the development of the whole childBuild meaningful relationships with children and promote relationships with othersResponsible for ensuring Food Safe practices are followedWork and play at child's physical level of their activitiesEstablish an workplace to foster positive behavior in programResponsible for the accurate record keeping of attendance, accidents, incidents, cleaning and healthComplete paperwork as required and maintain accurate documentationAdhere to licensing, health and accreditation standardsThe successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Reference and a Vulnerable Sector Check.
