and Lounsbury FurnitureCareer growth and continuous developmentResponsibilitiesProvide customer service at the Parts counterAnswer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.Upsell or suggestively sell parts to customers based on their needsMaintain inventory control and proper stock levelsPerform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate in the systemQualificationsPrevious experience in the automotive industry will be an asset.Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn current softwareBilingual in English and French is an asset.High school diploma or GED requiredStrong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skillsLikes helping peopleGood work ethicMust have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
