You'll partner closely with the Site Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead and develop your team, drive membership growth, and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience.This is a springboard role. Our top Assistant Managers move into Site Manager positions within 12–18 months. If you're ambitious and customer-obsessed, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoOperations & FacilityOversee daily wash operations, opening and closing procedures, and shift handovers.Ensure the facility and lot are clean, organized, and guest‐ready at all times.Conduct regular equipment inspections; identify and upscale maintenance issues promptlySupervise and train car wash attendants to uphold quality standards and strictly adhere to safety protocolsAssist with inventory management including chemical levels, supplies, and equipment consumablesSupervise, coach, and motivate a team of car wash attendants on every shiftAssist in onboarding, and training new team members to Revive standardsManage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage across all shiftsConduct regular performance check‐ins and recognize team achievementsModel the culture of excellence — lead by exampleCustomer ExperienceSet the tone for exceptional guest interactions on every shiftHandle customer inquiries, concerns,
