We specialize in strata and commercial maintenance and snow removal, delivering consistent, high‑quality service across the entire Lower Mainland. You will lead a landscaping maintenance crew day‑to‑day, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard. You will help train and guide new team members while overseeing your own truck, tools, and equipment.



You will also represent the company on‑site and interact with customers from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage crew performance and work schedule.


• Ensure tasks meet safety and quality standards.


• Oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance.


• Represent the company to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience.


• Leadership experience preferred.


• Strong work ethic and accountability.


• Ability to manage time and crew performance.


• Class 5 license (preferred).


• Ability to drive with a trailer (preferred).
