About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, systems-minded Enterprise Implementation Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the quarterback for onboarding strategic brokerage/agency partners—aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, managing deployment timelines, and ensuring user adoption.





You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CS, and Sales to ensure our customers have a seamless, high-impact implementation experience. You’re a builder. You thrive on bringing clarity to chaos. You’re deeply organized, and excited by improving systems and scaling success. Travel up to 25% of the time may be required in this role

What You’ll Do

Customer Implementation & Project Management

Own implementation lifecycle from pre-sale requirements discovery to go-live.

Build project plans, align technical/business requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Collaborate with the customer’s IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria

Deliver high-touch onboarding experiences that drive adoption and long-term success.

Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured, working with specialist resources if required

Conduct QA and testing of the implemented solutions. Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context - applying domain knowledge where the AI cannot.

Deployment & Change Management

Build repeatable implementation playbooks, training assets, and workflows.

Track implementations status in Quandri’s project management and reporting tools; report key KPIs to drive alignment.
