All job sites are located in various locations throughout greater Edmonton and surrounding municipalities.Position is 10-12 hours per day, Monday through SaturdayResponsibilitiesLead and supervise paving stone and block wall crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standardsPlan, organize, and coordinate daily crew activities, equipment, and material requirementsRead and interpret project drawings, site plans, grades, and specificationsPrepare and grade installation areas to ensure a solid, long-lasting base for paving stone and retaining wall projectsInstall paving stones, retaining walls, garden walls, steps, and related hardscape features according to project specifications and design layoutsEnsure precise alignment, spacing, grading, and elevation of paving stones and wall systems to achieve a professional finished productOversee excavation, compaction, and placement of aggregate base materials, sand, and concrete as requiredOperate and oversee the safe operation of skid steers, compactors, plate tampers, saws, and other landscape construction equipmentMonitor workmanship and conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure company standards are metTrain, mentor,



and support crew members in installation techniques, safety practices, and jobsite expectationsConduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure all crew members follow company safety policies and proceduresIdentify and resolve site challenges, grade issues, and installation conflicts in a timely mannerMaintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite, including debris removal and hazard identificationComplete daily reports, time tracking, and other project documentation as requiredFollow all safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policiesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience installing paving stones, retaining walls, or landscape construction projectsPrevious crew leadership or foreman experience is preferredStrong knowledge of grading, compaction, drainage, and hardscape installation practicesAbility to read and interpret site plans, grades, and construction drawingsExperience operating landscape construction equipment is an assetValid Class 5 Driver's License requiredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work..Robust communication skills.
