As part of the support staff at Northern College, this full time role collaborates with the Executive Director of Marketing, Communications, and External Relations. You will be instrumental in organizing recruitment events and ensuring vital communication between the College and prospective students. Your expertise will also involve developing innovative promotional materials and managing travel budgets focused on recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present at high schools and community events
• Organize tours and recruitment initiatives on campus




• Collaborate on promotional material development
• Collect and input leads into the CRM system
• Manage and analyze recruitment travel expenses
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or similar
• Five years of relevant experience in marketing or sales
• Valid Class G Driver’s License required
• Proven project and event management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft tools for presentations
