We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Consultant with solid commercial lending expertise to support and enhance the Finastra Loan IQ platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in management consulting and hands‐on Development experience working with banking institutions, particularly in commercial lending, loan origination, and loan servicing. This role involves close collaboration with AWS-based development teams to ensure stable operations, platform optimization, and SaaS support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands‐on Development and technical support for the Finastra Loan IQ platform, including:Loan IQ installation, customization, and version upgradesInfrastructure support and environment managementOngoing system maintenance and troubleshootingDesign, develop, and support Loan IQ reporting solutionsDatanet reporting and data extractionEnsuring data accuracy and reporting performanceManage and support Loan IQ batch processingIntegration and monitoring using AutosysTroubleshooting batch failures and performance issuesCollaborate closely with AWS‐based development teams to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operation of the Loan IQ platformSupport cloud‐based deployments and SaaS operating models Assist with platform scalability, reliability, and performanceSupport commercial lending business processes, including:



Commercial loan origination Loan servicing and lifecycle managementEnd‐to‐end commercial loan servicing platform implementations using Loan IQParticipate in process reengineering and requirements definition, working with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirementsImprove existing lending workflows and system integrationsSupport Loan IQ implementation and enhancement initiativesRequired Experience & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with a national or global management consulting firm, working on Finastra Loan IQ implementations or support engagements5+ years of experience working within banking institutions, with a strong focus on Commercial LendingProven hands‐on experience with Loan IQ, including:Installation, customization, and upgradesInfrastructure and production supportBatch job scheduling and AutosysStrong understanding of commercial lending operations, including loan origination, servicing, and servicing platform implementationsExperience collaborating with AWS development environments, with exposure to SaaS‐based support modelsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholdersProficiency working in an AWS environmentStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as in cross‐functional teamsExperience supporting enterprise banking platforms in complex environments
