This essential role requires expertise in MDS and PDPM to ensure quality outcomes.In your role as a Senior MDS Registered Nurse, you will oversee the completion of MDS assessments, training recent coordinators, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Your focus will include continuous monitoring of QM and QASP metrics, delivering valuable data analysis, and strengthening care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration.
