- Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently
- Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan, including meetings, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and solutions
- Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
- Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end
- Build and execute communication plans to support program implementation and user adoption
- Work cross-functionally with internal Achievers resources and external client resources to guide projects from concept to deployment
- Utilize tracking and reporting tools for project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity
- Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required

Requirements

- Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS
- Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects
- Experience with configuring and implementing software applications
- Experience managing and resolving risks and issues
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing recent strategies to ensure project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people




- Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive
- Evidence of effective multi-tasking and ability to manage complex and tight project schedules
- University degree in a related field
