In this role, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks accurately while following strict temperature controls. Your expertise in judging freight volumes and maintaining dock organization will be essential to support efficient logistics operations. You'll collaborate closely with dock staff and become integral to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle freight operations on the dock with expertise
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining temperature
• Judge and report freight volumes and weight details
• Organize dock floor for optimal order processing
• Safely operate pallet-jack and forklift equipment
Requirements:
• 2 years forklift experience required
• Familiarity with Erb’s operations beneficial
• Must work in refrigerated conditions for extended periods
• Capability to lift up to 70lbs
• Effective communication skills for teamwork
