Position SummaryThe Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts to ensure that all materials are properly accounted for. Location and WIP at GWCPrimary/Essential ResponsibilitiesMonitors and controls inventory accuracy and integrityCycle count materials on production floor, and in the warehouse, based on the "ABC" grouping system, as directed by the Inventory and Cost AccountantTimely support of ad hoc cycle count requests or other inquiries by Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering,Investigate variances by completing root cause analysis and working with related departments to resolve issues driving variances, as well as implementing corrective actions to eliminate future problemsPerform random bin maintenance audits and report on the accuracyEnsure materials are in proper locations. Conducts searches to locate misclassified inventory.Help maintain ERP transactional data, including JDE inventory locations and transactional movement between JDE locationsKey participant in physical inventory counts,



including at offsite and third-party warehouse locationsAudit all inventory transactions for company-owned material moving to or from a third-party offsite location.Required QualificationsMinimum 5-year experience (8 years preferred)Must be able to work in a team as well as independentlyMust be able to work in a quick-paced environmentPerform different job functions within the organization's warehouse departmentMust be able to follow procedures and best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behaviorCollage or University DegreePhysical Demands / Working ConditionsGeneral Office Environment, PC useLight Lifting (frequently up to 25lbs)StoopingStanding (frequently)Heavy Lifting (occasional 25 lbs +)Forklift OperationOther (please Specify)Gripping and manipulation (frequent to constant)What We Offer YouTypical pay is $23.00 – $26.00 per hour.Please note the pay information shown above is a general guideline.
