In this role, you'll lead the development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and RAI guidelines — directly shaping the quality of care every resident receives.What You'll DoCoordinate MDS assessments, ARDs, and timely submissions; stay current on yearly RAI Manual changesReview census changes, progress notes, and Medicare A documentation to catch significant changes in conditionDevelop and coordinate individualized care plans,
