Your responsibilities will include developing intervention plans, conducting sessions, and evaluating progress. Collaborating with families and community services is crucial for guiding youth towards greater independence.Key Responsibilities:Gather information on youths' needs through interviews and observationsImplement evidence-based intervention strategies within guidelinesConduct skill-building sessions on communication and self-managementReport on youths' progress and adjust plans as necessaryPromote and coordinate with community services for additional supportRequirements:Diploma in a related field or equivalent experienceFirst Aid Certification requiredClean Class 5 driver's licenseSuccessful completion of criminal background checkCommitment of 28.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayEmpower youth through targeted outreach and support at BGC Okanagan.
