Make a difference in the lives of youth with BGC Okanagan's Youth Outreach Program in Salmon Arm. This role focuses on building resilience, facilitating skill-building, and fostering healthy relationships.As a Case Manager, you will work closely with young people to identify their needs and provide tailored support. Your responsibilities will include developing intervention plans, conducting sessions, and evaluating progress. Collaborating with families and community services is crucial for guiding youth towards greater independence.Key Responsibilities:Gather information on youths' needs through interviews and observationsImplement evidence-based intervention strategies within guidelinesConduct skill-building sessions on communication and self-managementReport on youths' progress and adjust plans as necessaryPromote and coordinate with community services for additional supportRequirements:Diploma in a related field or equivalent experienceFirst Aid Certification requiredClean Class 5 driver's licenseSuccessful completion of criminal background checkCommitment of 28.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayEmpower youth through targeted outreach and support at BGC Okanagan.
