This role supervises front office operations, assists with staff management, and maintains The Post's high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership abilities,
and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, guest services, reservations, concierge services, and bell staffAssist in scheduling, training, and supervising front office staffHandle guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levelsProcess check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and manage the property management systemBalance daily transactions and prepare financial reportsCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needsImplement and maintain standard operating procedures for the front officeAssist in inventory management of front office suppliesParticipate in management meetings and contribute to improving front office operationsCover front desk shifts as neededEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security protocolsQualifications2+ years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a luxury propertyPrevious supervisory experience in hospitality preferredDiploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (asset)Solid knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindsetAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProblem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the Lake Louise area and local attractions (asset)Post Hotel & Spa (The Post) is committed to building a workplace where everyone can succeed and belong.
