You'll be at the centre of everything happening across the dealership.DRIVEN is looking for an organized, energetic and proactive Lot Attendant / Sales Coordinator to join our growing dealership in Newmarket.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a significant amount of work performed outdoors. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outside throughout the year, including during hot, cold, rainy and snowy conditions.You'll act as an key link between our sales and service departments, helping vehicles move efficiently from arrival through inspection, reconditioning, merchandising and final customer delivery.We need someone who can see what needs to be done, take initiative and keep things moving without waiting for constant direction.What You'll Be Responsible ForStocking newly arrived vehicles into inventory by Verifying vehicle information, mileage, VINs, keys and conditionPreparing newly arrived vehicles for the lot by installing DRIVEN plate frames, window information displays and all required dealership materialsKeeping the dealership lot clean, organized and professionally presentedParking and arranging vehicles strategicallyTracking vehicle locations and maintaining an organized key systemCoordinating vehicle movement between sales, service and detailingActing as a liaison between the sales and service departmentsMonitoring vehicles through inspection, safety and reconditioningLocating and preparing vehicles for customer appointments and test drivesEnsuring vehicles are clean, fuelled and ready for presentationChecking incoming inventory and reporting damage or concernsAssisting with vehicle photography and online inventory preparationInstalling licence plates and completing final delivery checksMaintaining showroom and front-line vehicle displaysCompleting local vehicle pickups, drop-offs and dealership errandsSupporting the sales team and management with daily inventory needsWho We're Looking ForYou are someone who:Is proactive and takes initiativeNotices what needs attention and handles itThrives in a busy,
