What you will be doing:

Define and drive overall Product strategy and priorities.

Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management team.

Own and evolve Product roadmaps based on customer, market, and business needs.

Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and evolving requirements.

Support Product commercialization, launches, positioning, and growth.

Help advance the company’s data, analytics, AI, and software capabilities.

What you must have:

Product Management Leadership:12+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and Product teams within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.





Energy & Commodities Experience:Strong experience within energy, commodities, utilities, or a closely related industry.

Data & Analytics Products:Significant experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or software products from strategy and roadmap through development, launch, and adoption.

Commercial Product Experience:Proven experience bringing current products and capabilities to market, including customer discovery, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and commercialization.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience withAI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven products.

Salary/Rate Range:

$220,000.00 – $250,000.00
