You will manage onboarding procedures and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance with policies across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees
• Conduct virtual orientation sessions for new hires




• Handle inquiries through ServiceNow while meeting SLAs
• Oversee compliance activities regarding employee programs
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
• At least three years in HR operations or shared services
• Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow systems
• Knowledge of employment regulations in multiple countries
• Detail-oriented with strong data management skills
