Our staff provide assistance with the goal of helping residents attain long-term independence and self-sufficiencyWhat you'll do:Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients; assist clients to assess their situation, provide information and referral to appropriate community resources with a trauma-informed and survivor-centered approach, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the clients.Conduct assessment, intake and assume case management responsibilities.For clients who need to leave their homes, assist by giving them access to our home.C omplete risk assessments and assist in developing safety planning for the client. If children are involved, help clients address the needs and safety concerns of their children.Input client information into database, document accurate records of abuse and maintain up-to-date records of service delivery and client case files.Track and compile monthly KPI reports.Advocate on behalf of the client within the legal system, helping them navigate the complex process of obtainin g protection,
