confirmation of outstanding delivery dates and timesMaintains current product knowledge, advantages and features for comprehensive sales presentationsAdheres to company delivery procedures to ensure delivery of vehicle and positive customer experienceConducts sales demos and walk-around videos for any internet leadsFollows up on Leads, follows up with referrals dailyMaintains files on all sold and prospective customersMaintains a working knowledge of all products for saleQualifications:2+ years of experience in a sales or Customer service environmentOutstanding communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers to truly understand and meet their needsA positive, team-oriented mindset—you're someone who contributes to a fun and supportive atmosphere, even in a fast-paced, ever-changing marketStrong computer skills, including experience with Google Workspace and Monday.Com; familiarity with dealership management software is a definite assetA valid driver's license and willingness to provide a clean Driver's AbstractIf you are looking to begin, or continue to grow your career in sales we want to hear from you!
