Rheaume Engineering Inc. is seeking a full‐time Project Support Specialist to join our team in either Grande Prairie or Calgary, Alberta.Founded in 2005, Rheaume is a 40‐person EPC firm that focuses on engineering, procurement, and construction management projects in energy, mining, pulp & paper, and agriculture sectors.Role DescriptionProcurement activities:Liaise with industry vendorsWork with engineers to develop bid packagesCoordinate biddingPrepare bid evaluationsIssue POsWork with engineers to manage equipment package fabricationCoordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveriesProject controls activities:Develop schedules in MS ProjectPerform weekly project engineering cost reportsAssist PMs with coordinating resources, tracking efficiencies, and creating project status reportsTrack and report on project execution and deliverablesTrack and report on company utilization and resource forecastingWho We Are Looking ForBrings a positive attitude and robust work ethic to the workplaceWell‐spokenStrong technical writing skillsSelf‐motivated:
