Serve as a pivotal Correctional Officer ensuring inmate safety and compliance. Manage administrative tasks and inmate programs in a relief capacity with versatile shifts.This position focuses on the custody and supervision of individuals in correctional settings. As a Correctional Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining facility security, assisting with inmate activities, and managing documentation through the case management system. You will also supervise programs contributing to inmates' behavioral change and reintegration into society.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and supervise compliance within correctional facilitiesConduct inmate counts and safety checks regularlyManage inmate visits, programming, and daily activitiesPerform administrative duties and document communicationsFacilitate teamwork and promote wellness initiativesRequirements:High-school diploma and 2 years relevant experienceExperience in correctional, security, or law enforcementUnderstanding of automated systems preferredCompetence in working with diverse populationsLeadership experience with community programs beneficialJoin a dedicated team committed to safety, security, and the rehabilitation of inmates through proactive management.
