The Digital Project Manager is responsible for maintaining active communication with various departments and the programming team. They plan and coordinate the progress of projects, ensure prelaunch quality control, and support the Client Services team in defining client needs and priority management.SkillsExcellent sense of organization and ability to manage prioritiesAble to work with very tight deadlines, driven by resultsAble to logically structure and summarize informationRemarkable knowledge of the digital world, search engine optimization (SEO), user experience (UX), marketing, and social networksExcellent eye for digital quality control in a variety of formatsAble to clearly define questions and clarify thoughtsKeen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skillsEager to explore and master new digital tools, driven by curiosity and resilience in quick-changing contextsRequirementsExtensive experience in digital project management and quality control (a minimum of 5 years of agency experience)Bachelor's degree in administration, project management, or another relevant fieldBasic knowledge of HTML, web-related technologies, and lingo (an asset)Intermediate to advanced English: provide frequent written and verbal follow-ups to English-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on aregular basisMain responsibilitiesProject managementContribute to project management with stakeholders who may have a lesser understanding of digital projects, and serve as a guide in this areaAnalyze needs, carry out evaluations, and draft service offers; plan (budget, timelines, resources)Establish an overall project plan and develop more detailed plans according to client needsCreate and follow production deadlines and assign tasks to the creation and production teamsEngage in assigned tasks and manage the workload using project management softwareCommunicate with clients and handle follow-ups, manage change requests, approvals, checks, and quality controlAssess and manage the risks, repercussions, assumptions,



and limitations of proposed solutionsEnsure the quality of deliverables under their responsibility, keep content updated, add or obtain content from partnersEnsure compliance with deadlines and budgetsParticipate in strategic project planningManage the closure of projects and budgetsQuality controlDevelop the structure and content for different test scenariosWrite test cases and scriptsOversee the quality control of digital projects with respect to design, as well as operational and content aspectsEstablish and maintain relationships with internal and external development teams and define the terms and conditions for external technical/operational tests (clients)Identify potential issues during the planning of a digital project that could impact accessibility, the final user experience, potential glitches, or obstacles during the development process, etc.Oversee the validation test process from the first version developed (alpha/beta), including coordination with re-reading, content, strategy, and creationMaintain brand standards (technical aspects, accessibility, user-friendliness, content) and ensure the internal cohesiveness of the project and of all projects under a specific brandHandle troubleshooting and investigate errors, potential problems, and glitches that could arise during a project's digital quality control stepClearly communicate questions and corrections to the appropriate stakeholder who may not have any experience in digital projectsPossess knowledge of the following:Compatibility between browsers and platformsResponsive designPosting and social media characteristics, best practices,
