Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm
• Process customer transactions accurately using POS




• Handle customer issues with good judgment
• Assist in implementing asset protection procedures
• Manage opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in a service environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops products is an asset
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
