We also aim to promote employee health and wellness and provide opportunities for professional development.We believe in the power of diversity and strive each day to create a workplace where each individual is valued and respected for their contributions.We also believe that our employees are the reason we are accomplishing great things and are committed to supporting them through our many different programs.In this role, you will:Provide support for performance management, succession planning, leadership, inclusive workplace, and learning programsAnswer program and process related questions from a diverse audienceProvide reporting functionality for Talent Management programs as requiredHelp develop visual and written communication materials for a variety of audiencesHelp to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programsManagement of data files on the Talent Management SharePoint siteSupport Talent Management project innovation for key initiativesRequirements:Currently pursing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources or a related fieldMotivated self-starter:



able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalismStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teamsProficient in analyzing information to support informed decision-makingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of SharePointExperience with Success Factors, SAP, or software such as Power BI would be an assetPrior work experience would be considered an assetBenefits:Receive financial assistance for travel expenses and co-op feesAcquire hands-on experience applying academic knowledge to real-world mining operations, fostering the development of technical skillsBenefit from mentorship and guidance offered by seasoned specialists in their respective fieldsGain a competitive edge, securing primary consideration for professional positions upon graduationSalary: $4,117 - $5,192 CAD/monthSalary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.Application Deadline: October 16, 2026To all applicants, your interest and effort are sincerely appreciated.
