About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and insightful Financial Analyst to join their expanding team, supporting operations across various regions with a focus on their Kimberley presence, but operating remotely. This role is integral to providing comprehensive financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial performance. You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and developing financial models to support business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends and variances.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.




- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by different departments.
- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
- Experience with financial modeling software and ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
