We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to assist with a variety of physical tasks to help keep our shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClean, wash, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and rent-ready.Complete bin clean-outs and general yard clean-up while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are rent-readyAssist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance.Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials throughout the yard.Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.Identify and communicate equipment issues and assist with inventory and supply tracking.Work collaboratively with the team, take direction,
