Previous hydrovac experience, particularly within civil construction, would be a strong asset. Edgett Excavating also welcomes civil construction foremen and junior foremen with strong people leadership, customer service, scheduling, and operational capabilities, as hydrovac-specific knowledge can be taught to the right candidate.The following are required:Valid driver's licence, ideally a class 1 or 3 licenceWillingness and ability to travel to and work across multiple construction sites within the regionWillingness to remain accessible by phone outside regular working hours when urgent operational issues ariseAdditionally,
