Job DescriptionThe Inspection Trainee will assist Operators in the inspection and repair of used tubular goods and is responsible for pipe handling, cleaning and inspection and repair of used tubular goods, including drill pipe.Job DescriptionThe Inspection Trainee will assist Operators in the inspection and repair of used tubular goods and is responsible for pipe handling, cleaning and inspection and repair of used tubular goods, including drill pipe.ResponsibilitiesAssisting Operators in the utilization of Wellhead Isolog, Wellchek, and Classifax Sonoscope Isolog units.Thread inspectionMagnetic Particle InspectionCleaning and repair of pipe threadsDrifting and sorting of tubularsRemoval and application of thread compoundsCoupling removal and replacementEquipment set up and tear downUnit calibrationBasic unit maintenanceGeneral housekeeping and shop cleanupResponsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures and programs; including but not limited to the process map, support processes, health, safety and environmental requirementsParticipate in training programs as required by the companyAll other duties as assignedQualificationsPartial high school education with the ability to read,
