A passion for teaching, a warm and grounded presence, and clear communication with students, colleagues, and families are essential.Essential Job DutiesKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver daily lessons across core subjects, aligned with both the Waldorf curriculum and BC Ministry of Education learning outcomesPrepare and maintain a well-ordered, nurturing classroom environmentAssess and document student progress, and provide oral and written progress reportsParticipate in parent-teacher conferences and maintain clear communication with familiesAttend and participate in faculty meetings, school events, and festivalsSupport school life and collegial work,
