It is not simply an amenity, but a core expression of the guest experience—where every detail, from treatment to environment, is considered and intentional.The Spa Receptionist is often the first and last impression of the spa experience. Reporting to the Spa Director, this role delivers warm, personalized service while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless luxury experience from arrival through departure.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.What You'll DoWelcome guests warmly and professionally.Manage appointments, reservations, confirmations, and guest inquiries.Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases.Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding treatments, services, and spa amenities.Promote spa packages, promotions, and retail products.Coordinate therapist schedules and maximize booking efficiency.Ensure reception, retail,
