Raymond James Ltd. in Ottawa is seeking a Branch Assistant to support daily operations in our IAS office. You will front-line greet clients, manage reception, process cheques, mail and courier tasks, and coordinate boardroom events.The role requires solid organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and at least 2 years in financial services. You will work closely with Investment Advisor Assistants and contribute to branch initiatives and client service excellence.
