Our mission is to providean enriching living experience by delivering compassionate care and fosteringmeaningful connections.Our mission is to provide an enriching resident living experience inCentral Alberta, by delivering compassionate care, fostering meaningfulconnections, and creating an environment where residents thrive in a vibrant,purposeful living, supported by a dedicated and passionate team.Key Responsibility Areas (% Range of Focus):Providesand evaluates the delivery of recreational services based on the Resident CarePlan and Service PlanResidentSupport:Supportsthe Resident's lifestyle in their Community environment in accordance with theResident's individualized Care Plan as authorized by Homecare.Reportsnecessary changes regarding the Resident Care/Service Plan as per request ofthe Resident as it relates to recreational services.Supportsthe residents in identifying personal leisure barriers and consults withRecreation Therapist in designing interventionAssistswith daily life within the Community, as needed, in a variety of ways beyondrecreation-specific practices, such as serving meals, doing light housekeeping, removing trash, assisting Residents, and leading Learning Circles.Maintainsprofessional boundaries & confidentiality to protect vulnerable residents.Administrative:Participatesin the development of Well-Being StrategiesAdheresto Health Services ContractsMonitorsand reports inventory of recreational suppliesAddressunscheduled Housing/Service Plan needs as required based on Well-Being StrategiesCompletingrecreation specific documentation & progress notesQualifications:Relationships:Reports to: Recreation Therapist SupervisorInternal Contacts:
