This position involves working on-site to construct post frame buildings from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesAssist with framing, setting posts, and building structuresInstall metal cladding, roofing, and trimOperate hand and power tools safelyLoad/unload materials and keep job sites organizedFollow safety procedures at all timesWork outdoors in various weather conditionsRequirementsConstruction experience is an asset (but willing to train the right person)Robust work ethic and reliabilityAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labourComfortable working at heightsValid drivers license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to work well with a teamBenefitsLOA paid for when job are away from homeBenefits available
