As a full time Consultant at Vancity's Head Office, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to foster a robust risk culture, ensuring effective risk-informed decisions across the organization. This role focuses on progressing Vancity's strategic goals while embedding sound risk management practices throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities: • Implement and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF)
• Lead the design of rigorous risk management processes • Engage stakeholders to boost risk ownership and accountability • Prepare quarterly risk reports for committees • Conduct annual risk assessments and monitor compliance
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum of 5 years in enterprise risk management • Proven experience in risk assessments and reporting • Strong facilitator and communicator • Knowledge of enterprise risk principles and governance frameworks
