You'll support the housekeeping team, respond to guest requests, and play an important part in creating a positive guest experience.What You'll DoFollow daily task sheets and complete assigned cleaning duties in public and back-ofhouse areasPerform light cleaning such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and polishingSafely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as required (assistance provided when needed)Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors, steam cleaners, and floor machinesAssist with room and event setup (e.G., moving furniture,



raising/lowering Murphy beds)Deliver guest amenities and assist with linen as neededReport maintenance and repair needs promptlyReplenish supplies for assigned areasInteract with guests in a qualified and courteous mannerAdhere to all safety policies, WHMIS standards, and resort proceduresComplete all other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisors or ManagersWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious housekeeping or janitorial experience (an asset)Ability to read and follow WHMIS instructions and safety rulesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a teamFlexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidaysFirst Aid and WHMIS certification (an asset)Ability to consistently meet high cleaning standardsMultilingual skills (an asset)On-site complementary parkingCompany eventsAssociate Discounts: Room, F&B outlets, retails and spa.Voluntary RRSP (for eligible associates)Benefits package including health, dental, vision coverage, long-term and short-term disability insurance.
